Run Explorer Full Screen

To Run Explorer Full Screen follow this step:

Start/Run/Regedit

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Console.

In the right pane find FullScreen and modify the value to 1. Then go to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\InternetExplorer\Main. In the right pane find FullScreen and modify the value to yes. Exit/Reboot.
